I would love a campaign for NGA. That would be so much fun. I wish I knew how to script or I would do it. But alas I don't know how. :-(

QB2 is pretty simple, the missions are text based and RHCD even made an editor to make it easy to script. The editor references a file called QB2sys.txt that lists all the star systems available, so the editor knows what planets are in each system. You can choose to spawn Friendly, Enemy and Neutral ships around different planets. If I get some time, I will see if I can start to list the systems, then I could start to actually make something.

That's a lot of systems. I will look at some of my old files to see if I have one already completed. If I remember correctly I think the Qb2 systems file came with it. I'm not for sure though.

I had one from another install but it probably only has 100 or so.

I started to make one, I was able to make a power shell script that pulled all the body names and listed them in one file. I still need to format each system list by hand though, but it helped. I made it about a 3rd of the way.

Here you go

http://goodolgaming.com/downloads/index ... NGAQB2.zip

I had the QB2sys file, QB2resources file (not really used but the editor looks for it), the QB2Editor itself and 2 spreadsheets listing the systems by Name and then by Allegiance.

I think I might have remembered why I never made much with QB2. It tends to randomly crash the game but your milage may vary.
